Coze Store Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
